    用法描述症狀最直接的說法。把學過的 headache / fever / cough 放進去。注意：a headache / a fever / a cough（可數名詞，前面加 a）。

    用法用現在完成式說「症狀從什麼時候開始、一直持續到現在」。since 後面接時間點（since this morning / since Monday / since yesterday）。

    用法醫生詢問症狀持續多久。How long 問「多長時間」；have you had 是現在完成式疑問句。

    用法醫生給建議的兩種常見說法：用 I'll give you a prescription 開立處方；用 Make sure you... 給指示。搭配 painkiller 或 get some rest。
